Welcome to Shinnyo house, a spiritual abode located between Kyoto university and philosopher's path.

We're a European-Japanese scholar couple. Our greatest joy is making your stay in Kyoto delightful (one month minimum stay)
Rent
The price ranges from 350,000 to 600,000 yen per month, depending on the season, and occupancy (up to 4 or 5 people). Please contact us for inquiries.
The cleaning fee at check-out is 20,000 yen. Regular cleaning services can also be arranged upon request.
Lease Terms and Agreement
The minimum lease term is one month, with the option for longer durations.
Both parties will sign a formal lease agreement.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible. However, we kindly require a signed agreement and payment for a minimum of one month.
If the house is unavailable for your desired dates, we can connect you with other landlords, provided the rental period is at least one month
